Accessing your downloads
Two Convenient Downloading Options:
There are two ways to access your downloads, via the “My Downloads” page in your account or by viewing the clip anywhere that it appears on the website (product page, browse pages, search pages, etc.)
Option 1: Via Your Downloads
VIA MY DOWNLOADS:
To access all your downloads in one place click on the “My Downloads” link at the top of the page.
ProRes FILES DISPLAYED BY DEFAULT
When you arrive on the My Downloads page, by default, you will find all of the ProRes 4k downloads that you have purchased (either via subscription or via à la carte purchase).
SELECT OTHER FILE TYPES
To view your 4k OPEN EXR downloads or your RAW (R3D) downloads, click on one of the “File Type” options available in the upper left section of the page.
Initially, you will find that your most recent purchases appear first on the page, older purchases will be at the end of the list, potentially on additional pages.
DOWNLOAD FILTERS
Additionally, you can filter the downloads by FX Pack or by keyword, simply by using the form in the upper right section of the page.
Option 2: Via Product Pages
DOWNLOAD FROM THE PRODUCT PAGES
If you are viewing the FX Clip or FX Pack’s dedicated product page, you’ll see that the “Add to Cart” button has now been replaced with all of your download options.
